How should you prepare for the NYLT course?

Pre-Course Steps

Follow these steps:

1. Register well in advance of the course deadline, so you can get one of the limited number of openings!
2. Complete your BSA class 3 medical form to bring with you to the course.
3. Pack carefully all of the required items on the equipment list.
4. Take a little time to think about what you want to BE and DO in scouting or venturing; these thoughts have a lot of application in the course.
5. Show up on time and ready to have an excellent experience at NYLT.
