What's next after completing NYLT?

The NYLT program is part of the Youth Leadership Training Continuum (described on the scout.org website. If you liked NYLT, the next course you should look into is the National Advanced Youth Leadership Experience (NAYLE).

By far, the most important thing to DO after attending NYLT is to BE a resource for your troop or crew, using your NYLT experience in your leadership role.

Don't get discouraged when encountering real world challenges that differ from the ideal world of the NYLT course. Instead, focus on success with small goals that lead to greater ones.
